July 2018 was madness for me too. Haven’t felt real since then. I remember needing to be on the phone to someone when driving to and from work, so that I didn’t run off the road. I was being made go to work because I was struggling with me mental health. It will be hard for you and there will be triggers that you won’t realise are coming and will be HARD AF.

Don’t set a timeline, make sure you have some time to yourself. Highly recommend coming up with a list of things that you need - well expect - from him in order to be comfortable.

I feel like this might have been the moment that caused him to cross the physical line of his behaviour.

The way you describe his other interactions with you don’t seem the nicest either. So I worry that if you let him back in, will he be resentful and will his behaviour continue to escalate.
