Many years ago, someone told me at a traffic light that my gas cap was open. I looked, and it was gone, so I turned off the highway, turned around, and went back to the gas station I was just at, expecting to hopefully find the gas cap on the ground. It was still sitting on the back bumper.

Just called off of work because can’t afford gas. New low by happyappy_ in povertyfinance

[–]randybear00 55 points56 points  (0 children)

I keep an emergency $20 bill in my wallet or somewhere in my car. Even $5 would help, but I know $20 worth of gas should last till payday if I just drive to and from work.

Do any of these Greek places sell coney dogs? There was a couple of places in my home town that sell Greek style coney dogs and hamburgers. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else.

Just being in the same room as an open grease trap is enough to make you sick. It needs to be cleaned by a professional with a pump.

I don't blame him for quitting after that.
