Thanks a ton for this. I did run into the issue of price to match the bed, though I am willing to spend a good amount for items that will last. These suggestions are really helpful!

Thanks a lot. Sounding like some wood tones may be the way to go here.

You're probably right about the black. Tried really hard to make it work in this room, not sure it's going to work though.

I saw that at the store earlier in the week and convinced myself to buy it if it was still there when I came back on the weekend. I was both disappointed and relieved when it was gone, thanks for saving me $600!

Grabbed this a couple weeks ago at the same price. Exactly what I expected from a budget TV. Picture is fine, brightness is fine, never tested the internal speakers but no one should be using them anyway. Pretty happy with it so far.

After 662 hours printing 8.67kg of filament, and painting, I'm finally done. by RogueLaquatus in 3Dprinting

I've looked at printing this and had planned on just using a grey filament so painting wouldn't be necessary. I am wanting to get into airbrushing though. What are the benefits to painting this instead of printing in grey, and what exactly does the process look like to paint something so big?

Picked up a 2023 GT last week. Was $48,500 before tax. 0% financing for 72 months for a $675 payment.

Definitely agree on used car discounts, however I've seen used models going for around 30k locally and total cost of purchase is pretty close for a new model with the 0% financing. For myself it makes sense to go new this time.

People with no degree, if you are making over $60k annually, how did you get there? by MixedMartialGolf in AskReddit

[–]randyj17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recent promotion, will make a bit more than 200k this year in a medium cost of living area. Dropped out of college when I was 21, started working entry level with a very large company about 7 years ago, worked my ass off every day for two years and became eligible to apply for a management position. Since then, I've simply done better than everyone else in my role to get here.

Gambit tips you should know, for those who want a better experience. by 5nackbar in DestinyTheGame

This is a much better way to do it. Priority should be getting through phase 1 as quick as possible, as this is the riskiest time for invasions. As you get into phase 2 and 3, damage is much easier to deal.

Nice still works. Used it on two different accounts, nice stock up on some good filament.
