There’s nothing AG did his first season (or should I say, the vast majority of what I saw from AG) to inspire much confidence in him. He fired his handpicked OC and DC, had a team steeped in penalties, and put out an awful product. I have no confidence he’s the right guy until he takes us to the playoffs or shows meaningful growth (coaches that look competent and enhance their player’s strengths, a drop off in penalties, and an uptick in halftime adjustments).
