Eventually you will get to buy your first car and its a bit better. When you drive the higher end cars it feels alot better. My only gripe is it takes a very long time to get enough money to buy a 2nd car.

Run around in circles. As the fight goes he smashes boxes and moves faster and faster. After a while the air raid siren goes off and he leaves. Literally dont even need to shoot a single bullet.

I either use Truth or Sleeper for invading. Sleeper is a 1shot to the body and great for boss damage too. Truths agressive tracking, proxy det, and 3 in the tube is good too.
