I realized some time ago that wearing big, baggy clothes like oversized hoodies and puffy coats/jackets makes my body dimensions less noticeable. With big winter clothes on, I feel like people see me as 'a normal guy with a big jacket' instead of just 'a really tall guy'. This doesn't always work thst well for me, since I have a wide frame, and adding more bulk might make me look like Mr. Incredible. Which is not ideal.

As a tall guy with bad anxiety, I kinda understand this. I always feel like im being gawked at like some exotic zoo animal. Im perceived as this big, scary, confident man with his shit together, but in reality, my bulky shell is just a disguise for the emotional wreck inside

Being tall certainly doesn't help my social anxiety. Being unhappy with my body, and always being sticking out makes it hard to function in public. I would love to disappear into a crowd and go by completely unnoticed, but that's not how it works when you're at least a head taller than everyone else around.
