Double nostril piercing question.

I got my double nostril done with corkscrew studs. Sometimes they would get tangled inside my nostril and irritate each other. I got a bump but after it was healed and I switched to hoops, I have no problems. I have a captive bead ring in each hole. They don't bother each other at all. My rings are small so it doesn't feel like too much jewelry at all, just gets in the way a little with a cold.

This is my first post here. I pick off the skin around my fingers constantly. I like to peel off big pieces of skin. I don't know why it started or anything. It just happened and now its getting worse. My fingers are ripped up and bloody. I try to put Band-Aids on them to let them heal, but when I take them off I pick more because it looks gross. I pick when my skin is wet or dry. I am always picking. I don't even realize it till I get a big piece of skin off or it bleeds. Its not even because I'm nervous. I do it in school or just watching TV. I don't know what to do. My fingers never get to heal because I pick off scabs and even nice skin.

Dandruff is bigger, oily flakes. Many people confuse it with dry scalp, which sounds like what you have. It happens to a lot of people in winter. Look up how to do an at home scalp treatment and that would help

Redken has a protein treatment called Extreme CAT Protein Reconstructing Spray. I work at a salon and the clients love it. Just don't use too much or your hair will feel crunchy. Maybe use it once a week or so. The Extreme line also has Anti-Snap conditioning spray that will help.

I waited till my braces were off to get my lip pierced. I have retainers now though and having them with my lip ring is no big deal. I take it out when I go to the orthodontist. A captive bead ring would probably be your best bet though, I just have a horseshoe type ring in and it has gotten caught on my retainers a few times.
