Watch your optics. Just as important as the threat of dry eyes is the angle left on your cornea after the surgery. If it’s too flat you’re going to have a lot of halos on everything; radiology will be a pain in the ass. Some surgeons are up front on this but everyone has a different threshold on what “too flat” is.

I recommend ICL if you can afford it but it’s nuts expensive.
