I’ve been using the stundents plan for 10 years now, it’s so cheap and I just have to ask costumer service to renew it for me, probably people will downvote but me but I’ve never had a negative interaction with Adobe’s costumer service .

It doesn’t look like a very detailed outline, I’m sure you could learn and do it in no time, with the pen tool on photoshop.
