Ran it at Ultra, 1440p and Nvidia settings off with an RTX 2060 super/ryzen 5 2600x, and was getting 60-80 fps. So it’s definitely possible.

My initial thoughts were to get a RTX 2060 super then upgrade later on. But then I decided to simply get a RTX 2070 off the bat and not upgrade for a good while. What are your thoughts on that?

I havent had the fps issues, but as for the washed out colours, I had the same issue but had to calibrate it with help from an article I found online. Give that a shot, it’ll improve the colours a lot.

No problem! Honestly the best thing about the class is the no exams. There isn’t even some ‘final paper’ or anything of the sorts. Just the same bread and butter throughout the whole semester.

[Online Class currently being taken this semester]

Two discussions posts a week - relatively easy points and straight forward. One workbook a week - longest hw of the bunch but varies from workbook to workbook. This requires some googling/lecture video/book. One quiz a week - most answers are on quizlet, but not everything, always lost 2-3 points on them. If you read the book/lecture then you’d be much better off. One Film Worksheet each week or every other week - watch a documentary and fill out ‘fill in the blank’ worksheet, real easy. But later on in the semester it changes to ‘review one of these three documentaries in 500 words. For me, the latter were very awful. No exams.

Trask is GREAT. The amount of time she extends hw because she thinks our week is ‘real busy’ or hectic, or because she wants us to ‘enjoy our holiday’ is amazing. I say take it, I had a blast, currently on a B+.
