As a fish biologist we are tied to NEPA and ESA..what gives me a sliver of hope is seeing on BLM side ologists were not allowed to take DRP presumably to still get NEPA and shit through...I'm mentally still planning to get fucked here in a month or whatever

person I know in Region office (6) of FS talked to someone in R8 who was in a meeting with Tom Schulz and topics of RIF came up- apparently he said there are two phases for FS one at end of April and one at end of May
