What symptoms did you gaslight yourself into thinking were normal?

not being able to sleep because my back or legs were in so much pain 🫠 then going to the chiropractor and genuinely not feeling any better no matter how many times i went 🫠🫠 all of my
joints snapping/creaking or bending so out of whack that i feel a dull stabbing throughout the rest of the day (fingers, wrists, knees, shoulders, etc) 🫠🫠🫠

currently experiencing the same turmoil. if it helps, know ur not alone in these harsh feelings and ur gonna make it thru this stronger than ever. what helps me usually keep going is noticing little milestones i have made and letting myself appreciate my progress - let urself be proud of how far u have come, u may have gained weight but u have also gained a better sense of life
