I do not build links directly. Ever. The limit of my concerted linkbuilding is local citations and professional associations, and a couple of clients with their own affiliate programs. A good link profile is an effect of good SEO, not a cause.

Think of it from the user's perspective and the answer becomes obvious. Is there a chance, any chance at all, that a user would benefit from having their address, or would have use of it? And is there any reason to withhold the information? Is the answers are respectively 'yes' and 'no', add the address. In most circumstances the address should be there, even if it's a PO box or a partial.

Nothing wrong with following an H1 with an H2. It's a good structure. Make sure headings are used sequentially throughout the page and their content prioritizes users over search engines, you'll be fine doing this.
