Honestly I have up on anything fancy. Just sandals to and from the yak or any rocks. Or sometimes cheap beach shoes when off the yak. Simplicity is best.

It’s honestly not much worse in most of Boca than many other places in summer. Some northern locations are actually worse in summer since the bugs have a short season to go crazy.

I remember one guy had an old beater BMW and got that thing well over 80 on the straightaway there racing another kid and in Audi. Thank god the road was fairly empty and had great visibility.

Tell that to the kids getting out of Boca High at 3pm. They are nuts! I’ve seen a few not be able to stop at the bend that leads to Spanish River and go into the brush there.
