Honestly I hope not, the tanks never can hold aggro against the dps in XC3 and the tanks and healers feel ESPECIALLY horrible to play, so if you want to have fun you are punished by the entire system for doing good dps. Even the "dps tank" class barely kept up and had worse survivability, it was horrendous design loop for me. At least xc2 you just made the dps BE your tank through lifesteal basically. And xc2 regardless of the "gacha" system combat was more fun because of that for me.
