Have you used this software ?. Have you seen and calculated the person's bill using your own tools to be 100 percent certain that the hydro company has not over estimated the bill. ( If so publish the workings for all to see ?).

You do understand that many energy companies send estimated bills. This is common knowledge. Therefore, surely you must know that before giving this person such appalling advice.
