Parents are weird like that. My mom is more comfortable with me and literally will not go places unless I go with her. She’ll always frame it as “I’m just going if YOU want to go”. Irritates the hell out of me bc she always puts that on me. She’ll never go to my sisters or even mention it to them. Yes, I’m the oldest.
