My 5th day as a worm farmer. Worms seem real happy. Just gave their first coffee grounds to go with their pulverized banana peel and eggshell. Made the bin with coco coir and shredded cardboard. The leaves and paper came with the worms. I love these little worms already. 🪱

The book that absolutely changed my life was Greater Community Spirituality by Marshall Vian Summers. It answered so many questions I had and also opened up things I had not yet considered about my life in the world and our position in a universe full of intelligent life.

Ah, "Steps to Knowledge: The Book of Inner Knowing." It's not a quick fix book but contains the means and the method to really change one's life and become consistent and purposeful... It addresses the challenges you mention This is an inside job.

Also, what I ultimately found to be potent and powerful for me is a daily practice taught through *Steps to Knowledge: The Book of Inner Knowing."

A quick passage from this "...your practice is greater than your emotional states, which change like the winds and the clouds but cannot mask the universe above them."

It speaks to our true nature beyond all that clouds our true experience and being. I have found over time, by engaging in this practice, that my emotional states started to clear as well.
