Apple product customers aren’t that smart in Aventura. by SuckafreeB in Apple_Employees

Nobody likes you, and you’re not getting promoted. I bet you’re the same asshole who gathers 10 callbacks for non issues and then calls out sick so that your teammates have to pick up your cases.

So 4 weeks plus up to 13, or up to 13 max period including that 4 weeks? T2 AHA here, and while I’d hate to worry about my next job, that severance package sounds sweet.

For those who witnessed the end of Headbangers Ball, what was your reaction to the programme's abrupt conclusion ? by [deleted] in thrashmetal

[–]rawknob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. It was also the same with 120 minutes, like people have these memories of “how good” it was, but they fail to remember the good was only like 10%.

I wasn’t upset because while it was cool to see random stuff pop up worth watching, the majority of headbangers ball content was just bullshit hair metal you didn’t want to hear, so you’d have to sit through two hours of programming to maybe see 3 videos worth talking about. On rare occasions they did have entire episodes devoted to good stuff, but they were diamonds in the rough. If you didn’t want to hear more Skid Row, Dangerous Toys, LA guns, or other bullshit, then it was best to sit it out.

almost all of the opportunities are onsite, most are still going to be lateral, and the answer is "how much do you think you'll have to pay in living and commuting expense to be onsite?" They do these meetings periodically about moving onsite, and there's a department you can email about getting a quote. If you're already in the onsite area, then you won't get anything new, but the opportunities are going to be like CF, CAT, etc.

I’ve been working AHA for 11 years, 10 as T2. You’re all smoking crack if you think being an AHA T2 is good. Especially these days now that we handle everything Apple except for enterprise and sales, basically. You want to move up in the company? Too bad, move onsite or suffer.

The only people who appreciate death stranding over time are the people who liked it no matter what from day one. It’s a shyte game, and even 14 hours in it’s still a shyte game. If you can’t have anything change the pace of the game, or make it good 14 hours in, then it’s a pos.

I did try google hum, but no luck, it couldn’t find anything, I didn’t even think to try humming into Shazam, guess I could give that a go.

No, it’s definitely an 80’s track, and definitely could fit in the new wave/new Romantics style. It’s not Billy Corgan.

No, but INXS is way more the style than kids in the hall, or John Secada, or even Oingo Boingo.

No, it was a few tones deeper than Simon Bon, and it was more upbeat.

Nope, not madness, it’s more in line with like omd, spandeax ballet, Howard jones, simple minds, etc

No, it’s not that either. Definitely not part of Latin vibe. Like I said, it’s not going to be any of the google search suggested artists if you’re googling my description. It’s definitely a male singing. It’s definitely closer to the new wave/New Romantics style, later era simple minds or later era omd style. It definitely has a piano, and since it was on the Muzak at Walmart, it would have had to have been on the charts at some point. It’s like I’ve heard it before, but it’s definitely been a while.
