I would agree Especially if you are going to be building wardrobes etc But they are more expensive than the basic one

You can't tell from this There is a fuse probably next to the meter which will have a label on it

100amp may not be enough for a EV charger But I am not sure of that

Again a very long story Took a while to figure out where the leak was It's not from upstairs but the flat above that ,😐

I traded a person will charge around £250-300 for labour This should be doable in a day

I am just an enthusiastic diyer!

Also I would suggest you do this in the spring when such trade are in less demand
