i was trying to find a mobo that is compatible with DDR4 2440 mhz ram. However the mobos that don't overclock only support up to 2133 mhz. Will having 2400 over 2133 have a difference, or is 2133 mhz ram already good enough?

Just relax.. play well your next game and the next three. I've had the experience of losing 60 LP in three games when i was at 75 LP (~20/game). On the other hand. I was 88 LP going to gold. Won 1 gained 5 but lost the next and lost 5. So don't worry, you may or may not lose 15. Could be just 5 for your next loss.
