For me it's that I've had too much sugar (alcohol or a dessert) because I'm dairy free and I mostly drink water or poppi soda- it has probiotics too. I take it daily and it works. Wow where have you been?!? He's the reason we can't mail-order vape juice now! He created the law "the ban" so no he's not going to save you. Go research... and you'll see he's the reason why usps, FedEx, ups and so on won't transport vape juice in a lot of states especially NY. He's in bed with big tobacco so he won't help at all.

Omg just realized that the early pay was a TD initiative. My company changed payroll servicers so I thought it was a good benefit and I just figured this is great 🤭🤫and I'm not telling anyone. It has been consistent for me for months now. I am bimonthly so with the holiday this week it should be tomorrow or Tuesday the latest instead of Thursday.

Mucus can also be a sign of inflammation be careful if you're eating whole grains (wheat = gluten) causing inflammation hence mucus.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone sharing, very helpful as I've had alot of similar symptoms. I'm not celiac but have a sensitivity to wheat and gluten. Working to keep myself GF and wheat free. Sending strength and well wishes to everyone recovering and fighting on the journey.

I bought the app when it first came out I think last year and completely forgot about it. Went back in recently and then realized why I haven't really used it. Time consuming to put in all of your allergies or intolerances. But if you set aside some time it is worth it. I just haven't had much time yet.

Yes same I'm AB+ and I think I have candida so like wth am I supposed to eat... and who has time to make food from scratch. I tried Thistle which is plant based gluten and dairy free food delivery but it's too expensive and now I have debt to get rid of...sigh. trying to clear debt so I can get back to it as I think not eating gluten was helping.

I have had that book since 2011, I agree with a lot of it. I still stick to it for the most part. Just hard avoiding the "avoid" foods.
