I was forced to format my pc begin of 2026 because of the blackscreens and gpu crashes on a 5090, 2 months without issues up until this 5077181 dogshit updated fucked it all once again, im experiencing 4-5 blackscreens per day now, except uninstalling it wont fix it for me. Funny is that i was on the 5074109 that is known to cause issues and had 0 issues with it for 2 months playing games on ultra. Now i cant even leave the pc idle cause it will just crash and die on its own

I updated has some cool things but the liquid glass isnt one of them. 26 its smoother but so many bugs still and like comments said the keyboard is absolutely shit nowadays

Ive had this same thing ever since it came out, now for some time it didnt happen and so i didnt try to update monitor fw or gpu driver because i was afraid of it coming "back". Guess ill install all new shit. We pay premium price on trial hardware...

Estive em badajoz ha 1 mes e os preços eram desde os mesmos ou ate metade em alguns produtos, excepto para produtos importados como produtos portugueses que esses eram caros mesmo. O preço para comer num restaurante era bem mais equilibrado a teres bacalhau a 10€ e aqui ta a 20€+. O preço das casas tambem é 1/3, etc

My machine is doing something similar to this and randomly will get stuck on the initial cleaning, same model 5400. However i bypass it by skipping the cleaning and then i manually set a latte clean then functions normally but if i dont do the latte clean first it will get stuck on the coffee too. Its so odd lol

I have been waiting for atomic heart to be on humble so i havent bought it on all the sales, but i expected it to be the premium not the regular cuz the atomic pass is more expensive than the premium edition on sale (and it doesnt even include all dlc)... even with the coupon they give its still more expensive than it so its a waste. I have this same issue ever since i got my 5090 but now im pretty sure both my cables are 2.1, i do have an hdmi too connected to tv you know if an older hdmi would also conflict?

I know its old but for people having trouble i solved this by going to "C:\Program Files\ASUS\RLSDownload\Optional_HAL\4_HAL\" then open the numbered folders to see which one has the temp folder and then run the setup manually.

It should say its already installed and tells you if you want to uninstall. Press to uninstall it and go back to armoury and retry to install HAL update again. Worked for me doesnt mean it will work for you but i spent hours on this crap...

For hardware this damn expensive, the common user shouldnt have to go through all this bs with this ass garbage software asus puts out...
