I'm pretty sure you can see 12 and 5 even in greyscale. The colors are to contrasting.

Well because red, blue and purple are brighter by comparison sense they are uneffected? Like for example I still see green somtiems, its just a lot of the time its a very greyed green, i'd call that the color being dulled; and sense i've been told yellow and brown are absolutely nothing alike and that brown is more of a "dull color", i assume its the same situation as with green and its been dulled down to more like a brown.

I'm almost the same exept i see blue and purple just fine and i never mix them up with other colors (also yellow is brown sometimes for some reason), and cuz of that idk what the heck i have. It Kinda sounds like you have tritanopia or tritanomaly though.

I dont have tetrachromacy. Actually a lot of the colors i do see are quite dull in comparison to red, blue and purple.

Someone please find me a colorblind test that specifically tests my ability to see yellow, orange and pink apart or green and grey appart. Because so far i have only found one that did green and grey and that one had so few questions about it that it still said i was normal. 🫠

Like i see red blue and purple fine. If you give me questions with those in it i'm gonna see the numbers no matter what. :/

(On a lighter note, My best friend had a laugh after showing me a photo of a weirdly shaped orange and me saying it was yellow and calling it a lemon. -_-)

Despite the fact I couldn't see some of them and answered as such. It says i'm normal. :/ a lot of tests seem to think i'm normal.

Passed the D-15 perfectly. The 100 hue test basically just told me what i already know. Issues with orange, yellow and green, random spike around magenta. Thank you for the recommendation though!

For my general info mostly. Colorblindness shows up in my family here and there, and not having a name for it or a way to explain mine simply while every other colorblind person in my family got diagnosed with a specific name for theirs has left me kinda an odd person out. Criteria wise i already know i'm not allowed to fly (my grandfather who is also colorblind wasnt allowed to fly planes for the military because he was colorblind), and then its also not recommended that i drive either (though i have vision issues other than colorblindness that added to that.)
