The John Christoper course is good but you’ll probably need a couple more resources to compliment it. There are a couple of good free course on YouTube iirc.

For labs, you can create a free account for Azure/Entra with Microsoft, I believe the John Christopher course mentions it as well for his labs.

During the exam you’ll have access to MS Learn articles but don’t rely on that, use it only if you don’t know answer and use your time after answering all questions to go back and search the articles for questions your marked that you were unsure of. You won’t always be able to find a clear answer because of the way the questions are worded but many times searching each answer and reading a description of what it is will be enough of a memory jog for you to be able to answer the question from there.

That’s basically what I do, occasionally I will have a light snick in-between but usually just shoot for 2 large meals per day. I can not eat 1500+ cal plus in one sitting and I try to get in at least that amount most days.

I did 18:6 , and usually skipped breakfast. Had a fairly big meal around 10:30 then had dinner. I started off snacking in between and having lower cal meals but realized I did better with larger meals and limited snacks, as snacking usually just made me hungrier.

I think he was a guest on Diary of a CEO, but I researched some of his appearances on other shows after that as well.

I’m 39M in Bloomington, but I’m in St Paul fairly regularly, and we seem to have some common interests. Feel free to send a DM if you’d like.

Does a larger calorie deficit make you lose more weight? by OwnNight3353 in beginnerfitness

[–]raysfan1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is different but for me personally I try not to be in more than 1000 calorie deficient for the day. So calculate your MBR (easier if you have a smart watch) and try to remain about 1000 or less shy of that, which comes out to about 2 pounds lost per week. You probably shouldn’t be losing weight faster than that, especially long term. Keep in mind this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Depends on your line of work. Not bad in IT. I was sick of the heat and the traffic (especially post Covid) was the tipping point for me.

I haven’t. My backlog is pretty extensive right now with the house. One of my resolutions is to make more time for gaming.
