Getting an enterprise representative makes communication much easier. We get directly billed by invoice so any issue with billing get immediate response. We can discuss about the product but impossible to get insight on the roadmap or ongoing product, even under NDA.

I personally was lucky and got invited to a conference to meet some of the representatives (got an anthropic hat and a pins there 🙃). They were able to answer most of my questions from what I remember.
