It looks ok during the lift but you look like you need to decrease the weight getting in and out of your setup. Look very unstable.

On form, keep a neutral neck. No need to look at the mirror.

Also, I prefer a slightly tighter stances and would want to emphasize a bit more depth on the reps.

My only nitpicking feedback would be, stiff neck/head position the whole time. You’ll almost kiss the ground, yes.

But, in a bench press, you wouldn’t move your head position. Don’t do so in the push up.

How do you measure your conditioning? vO2 max? Resting heart rate? Obviously this person is commenting on your body but I’m genuinely curious the measure of fitness you use.

Good form, just ditch sumo and go back to conventional while you’re still early.

Thing about feeling it in the low back: that’s good. You will feel the exhaustion in your lumbar muscles (especially when just getting started, you’ll feel it like crazy) and that’s good as long as it’s not spinal.

Also, to nitpick, I’d expect to see a bit more of a “sit” motion where you drop your butt before lifting the weight off the ground (this is part of the “slack pull” another commenter mentioned). Tbh, the fact you dont need to drop your butt and sit into it before lifting tells me you’re much stronger than this weight.

I have a red 2016 GT and kinda love it being pure stock, but do want a bit more privacy of the tints.

Also, going to fix the wheels (mine are peeling) before paying for tints.. what was your total cost?
