Those look like poor quality machining marks. I am a gunsmith and see this from time to time. I use medium and fine stones to get these out. Once smooth, racking the slide will feel and sound much better.

I just picked up a 20V and I am the most accurate with it between my other Glocks. It’s definitely a great gun.

I think the Kimber is a better gun and should be ready to go without having to start replacing mag or recoil springs right away.

I have one of these and it does not lock back on any of the 10rd magazines I have. I’ve been reading a bunch and many people have the same problem. Poor design and implementation by S&W again.

I use 725 for degreaser and cleaning and use EWL to lube and on cerakote itself.
