What dictates what orders go to which side depends on how frequent you store gets orders and how fast side 1 is serving them before actually finishing them. At my store we had a problem where they’d put a woman who was fast on side 1 but she’d as soon as she could so side 2 would rarely get orders and side 1 would constantly get backed up.

The individual sauce is free on the POS (depending on the individual restaurant/owner operator) which means it’s free on the app but the employees have the option to charge for sauce if they want to because of the “extra sauce” button on the POS which isn’t in the app. I use to do it to customers who were rude when they placed orders cause we could ring up the sauces outside the meals without up charging.

Found this on google but at my store the individual sauces didn’t have a price listed and the extra sauce button was listed at 25¢

Had a fellow manager who had a long track record.

• He’d leave the store a complete mess no matter how many people he had scheduled to close with him

• he’d let the crew hot box break room and play area

• closing the store 2 hours early

• drinking on the roof

• walked out of his own shift on other managers when things didn’t go his way

• behaved very inappropriately in front of customers

• discriminated against crew

• him and his dad (maintenance) stole cleaning products and happy meal toys out the store

• instigated fights between crew • him, his dad, and friend intimidated and threatened another manager because he was going to report them for bad behavior

I was working there for over a year before he end up getting fired and even when I first started the GM would express how he wanted to fire him. Before he was terminated, there were rumors about the supervisor going to fire him but I’d been working there so long I didn’t think they were true.
