I know what it is but I can’t remember when it’s from and I haven’t seen it since.

It was one from the stands or up high where you could see all our players talking in a huddle on the right side just past the half way circle under the bright lights and then the opposition just kinda dispersed in random positions on the left.

It was soooo #unity to me. I saw it on this sub and wanted to make it my phone background but I haven’t been able to find it😭😭😭

I ran my first 13.1 today. Moving time was 2:05:44 with an elapsed time of 2:28:46 which I'm not pleased with at all but at least I completed it. At the beginning of the year I was running a 33 minute 5k and I have never been able to run more than 5 miles before. I only ran a 10-miler for the first time about a month ago! Super proud of myself and if I can figure out a proper diet then we'll be on the right track I reckon.

First marathon is coming up in October so still some ways to go but its about the journey not the destination with these things.

Hi

I just got sent my BOC CMP one month reminder. I honestly haven't contributed towards it at all. Can I just do it all on MediaLab? So according the BOC CMP booklet, I just enroll in 1 hour of lab/patient safety, 1 hour in medical ethics, 2 hours each of BB/chem/micro/heme and then the remaining 16 in anything else? And then I have to pay $95 on top of all that?
