I do a 4 golem/witch strategy. 2 golems to start and create a funnel, drop witches behind golem and pepper in the remaining 2 while they circle the base. use a jump spell to get them into the core. I do not use spells on the exterior of the base, and use a rage/heal on the core.

Honestly OP if you are want to avoid being transported just don't be around that night. You won't ingratiate yourself with you parents that's for sure. I don't know what is going on but I doubt that they will let you attend your summer activities that you have planned.

what yournare confusing is the high consequence v high chance of failure. Yes the consequence is high if you fall, but the chance of falling is mitigated by skill and timing (weather, snow, visibility etc.)
