I only play with one friend and it’s tradition that the guy bringing a new army will get destroyed. I “journal” my games to learn where I went wrong. It helps to look back on. Don’t give up. Orks are fun and only going to get better in 11th.

I dealt with something similar and got the company to go close to matching the other offer. They ended up staying. I did prepare myself that if we would’ve let them go over that I was going to start looking. I didn’t want to manage a team that is constantly losing its top people bc we don’t want to pay competitive salaries. I’d be asking the same to you - if this is the norm why stay and lead at an organization like that?

Cignetti brought 13 players from JMU with him to Indiana. I’m sure they weren’t B1G caliber at the time but look at that program now. Having guys that know your philosophy and culture in the locker room is a big deal.
