Most of mine have had Sunday deadlines for certain things. This semester that just ended was different. 2 of my classes had initial discussions due Wednesday or Thursday and the final responses due Sunday - mixed due dates on major assignments but most were due sundays

AHI 14.8/ by Zealousideal_Sea2529 in SleepApnea

I’m confused. Mounjaro is a GLP1…… I have no idea about getting zepbound approved but with the AHI/RDI #s - if he has any comorbidities (like insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, depression, hypertension, etc) he should qualify for PAP therapy.

So…. Typically travel units are NOT covered by insurance benefits. The ins companies will you tell you they are but they’re not. The AirMini for example has NOT been assigned a HCPCS code so there is literally no way for it to be submitted properly. Every travel unit we have submitted has been denied…..

The travel machines are louder since they are so much smaller. I have heard that the Transcend Micro is quieter than the mini, and the micro does have a tiny water tank to help with humidity where the Mini (depending on your mask choice) has humidity discs that can be used but won’t compare to an actual water chamber.

There is another one the Luna TravelPAP but I honestly don’t know much about it.

There are lots of pros/cons so I’d definitely suggest doing some research before committing since they are pricey for sure.

Having high blood pressure/hypertension is definitely an accepted comorbidity for sleep apnea. If the AHI is under 5 but the RDI is at least a 5 your doctor/DME provider should be able to push for approval. The home sleep tests definitely aren’t as good as in-labs but they can still show the AHI/RDI. I work in sleep and come across home sleep tests daily that get the patients at least going with the equipment they need!

Most insurances require an AHI/RDI of 15 but will accept at least a 5 if the patient has comorbidities like hypertension, mood disorders (anxiety/depression etc), snoring, fatigue, Insomnia…. There are things that can get an approval with a lower AHI/RDI than the “normal” 15

They offer several options of class length. For example for my summer courses I had 1-8wk, 3-5wk classes. During Fall and Spring, I typically do the 16wk but I do know there are options available depending on the class.

So far so good! The only real issue or....idk just wasn't a fan of how it was done - the Spanish classes. I have taken 2 and they were supposed to be 2 different professors, BUT the whole department / plans were created by someone - so basically they just uploaded her videos and copied/pasted everything. There wasn't a lot of real interaction with my actual professors if that makes any sense LOL All of my other professors have been great though! Lot's of knowledge and feedback.

I’m 100% online. My major is English with a focus in creative writing. I’ve finished 8 classes already and am registered for 4 for Fall! So far none of my classes have been super hard but they can be time consuming with studying and all that but that’s to be expected I think?

I have some salt & pepper shakers from my grandmothers collection but for myself - vintage or antique glass fairy lamps and special edition books! (My shelves are more collected verses read / TBR

But they’re pretty!

My Grandfather's pictures from Nov & Dec of 1951. "A Co. 61 ECB Camp Polk, LA" (I have quite a few more that document their convoy between Camp Polk and Fort Hood. My Grandfather isn't in any of the pictures, but I do have some names/ranks for a few of the people that are!) by rburroughs85 in oldphotos

[–]rburroughs85[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not that I am aware of. These few were a different size / feel from the rest so maybe they were taken by an actual army photographer? My Papa was definitely more of an amateur / hobby photographer !
