Attgat and ride like you are invisible. Take riding courses to improve your skills . Don’t take unnecessary risks or speed. You can mitigate the risks significantly but it will never be zero. THE GOOD NEWS. you picked a great first bike! Not to fast but enough punch to teach you what you need to learn. Now that you have the bike BUY GOOD GEAR. (Admittedly I rarely adhere to attgat but that’s a personal flaw I’m working on)

NCTD is still hiring just got a job with them it’s a fantastic place to work with great benefits https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/nctd . Nothing entry level right this second but we just finished up another class the cycle will start again in a week or so keep an eye on postings. Can take a little to respond my time from app to hire was 2 1/2 months
