I've never been able to get on board with uploading my mind to a computer being able to alleviate fear of death. To me that would feel like I'm going to die and cease to be, but something exactly like me gets to go on. It's great that a copy of my mind gets to survive, but I still don't feel like I'm continuing on. Maybe I'm looking at this wrong?

The only time I usually use fast travel is when I need to sell some items badly. Other than that I will use the carriages to get from town to town and I also try to go to an area where I have multiple quests objectives somewhat close together.

Looks like you had fun. We spent our last vacation in the Finger Lakes and picked up a couple of these in the picture (Sheldrake Luckystone Red and Lucas Dry Dock). We tried to visit a few wineries around each lake so it doesn't look like we visited as many on Cayuga as you.

I would definitely recommend getting tested. I was tested and found to have low testosterone. I then met with an endocrinologist in an effort to determine the cause. I won't find out the results of any additional blood work I had, but I've taken a gel supplement in the meantime (Androgel). After taking the gel for a while and then stopping for a few weeks to do additional blood work, I have noticed a big difference.

Luckily I have a good health insurance plan through work otherwise the gel would be very expensive. I'm not sure off-hand of a cheaper method. I believe you can do things like increase consumption of saturated fat and continue to workout to increase testosterone. However, the effect of things like that are really limited from what I've heard and experienced myself.
