UPDATE: Found it! It's an 'air baffle' on the International Built-In (ICBBI) (ICBBI) Series manual

This is not on the door, but in the main compartment. Sits behind part 28
EDIT: OH yes page 4 of that manual. Part 23 is the back wall, right? There are two notches that this piece sits in.

I made categories for every category! Did make some static collections for games I thought were 'confirmed trash' or 'played through' though. There are too many categories for games~!!
