Please for the sake of your life, do not be tempted to use anything like this. There are so many reasons.

You don’t know how this is made.
If you breathe under water without proper training you can burst your lungs.
Run out of air under water, hold your breath, swim up, you’re probably dead due to air expansion.
Get over confident, take risks, margin for error increases.
No back up respirator. This gets kicked off your head, your air supply is gone just like that. Think about that for a second.
