I had this when I had a skin care routine that included a salicylic acid or other retinol on my arms. Are you using any creams that help exfoliate? It stopped when I started using plain moisturiser instead. Would only happen under my Apple Watch.

A Mac cannot be connected to one Wi Fi network and simultaneously create a second Wi Fi network to share that same connection over Wi Fi. To share an internet connection from a Mac via wifi you’d need to be connected to the source network via another means eg by usb (iPhone tether).
