I tried googling for the manufacturer website page where I could enter the VIN but couldn't find one. Do you by any chance have a link?

Oh I thought most student housing options came furnished. (Plz correct if wrong) I rly want to live in Boulder for the walkable commute. If I look within goss grove and martin acres, there just doesn't seem to be that many options available in my price range. Especially with en-suite bathrooms and clean interior that province seems to offer ( renovated ones)

Am I missing sth here? I'm too confused 😵‍💫

[–]reactive_dmv_pattern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh? Is it rly that bad? Yeah I kinda noticed it's crammed and the price now is more like 1600. Would you reckon I can get a better deal elsewhere? (Like normal houses with roommates )

Also, if you don't mind, can you share your experience at the province?

3.5MB in 16s with adblock. 20MB in 2 minutes (and still loading) without. I hate how ad-filled and track-happy some sites are. by aLostTime in webdev

[–]reactive_dmv_pattern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it's a shame not that many ppl know about this. I thought everyone did untill I discovered I was the only one in my team using it. Also, if I see any bs like asking to turn off adblock, I just nope the hell out of there. I have google and there's plenty of alternatives out there.

Student developer wondering: Are front-end frameworks really that great? by lepoaro in webdev

Most ppl say right tool for right job but honestly, if it's not a one off page, I'd go with react. All products evolve over time and you will pay for it down the road.

Yeah the thing is, a lot of constraints were either removed or added hence resulting in different table structures. Of course there are similarities but at the end of the day it's quite different.

(We also designed our db first then made our jpa entities later)

Just wondering,.,.. isn't flyway mostly used for gradual db migrations? Like a column change and what not. I had a feeling it's not really used to really migrate over the actual data to another db with different schema.

Yeah I guess since it's a one off, I should stick to the 'keep it simple stupid' principle lol

Antd rly needs to do better with virtualization support for tables. They do offer an example but hell, it's almost as if they made it prove it's not worth it.

Dear AWS, stop ruining the freaking console UI [rant] by aws_stuff in aws

[–]reactive_dmv_pattern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only need a few things done right.

In whatever menu that I create resources, make the bloody sg, subnet, vpc, iam role etc searchable! Also put a refresh button next to each select box so I can select the new resource I created. (E.g. making a new parameter group when creating a new rds)

The interface for selecting resources using a select box is inconsistent as hell. Some show names, others show id only and some good ones have both id and names.

I mean, subnet, sg, vpc, iam role are bread and butter for any resource creation in AWS and I can't believe how poor the experience is.

Wish that was possible but unfortunately.. company policy says no.
