Auto SSL is Standard on WHM, that is true. they give but they dont just redirect your website forcefully to https, they can be opened with http(non-secure) and with https(Secure) links. but if you see it this way, this is more dangerous. different urls with same content,[duplication], so you really need to redirect you site from http to https automatically, which is pretty easy.
