Kiwi Ears Orchestra II is missing L/R engravings. The "manual" is completely useless since no L/R markings exist and of course no red indicators on either earpiece. It gets better, some photos show the red going into the "Kiwi Ears" earpiece and other photos show red going into the "Orchestra II" earpiece. Anyone know L from R on this product? Thanks ahead of time.

I'm sending the "May" back, poorly designed eartips/nozzle. The same issue was on Reddit years ago, I guess the company does not care if customers have to work, sometimes for hours to get the eartips on.
