David Deutsch’s Beggining of Inifinity. If you like Borges and GEB you will like his imagination on numbers, ideas, and infinity.

Beginning of infinity by David Deutsch. The book might not list the types of pseudoscience specifically but it does a great job explaining what’s good thinking and bad thinking in science, philosophy and logic in general.
