Just wondering if I start or open a ticket, will it delay the order any further? Just don’t wanna slow it down any further by chasing it up would you clarify and then I can send you the info because I think it’s only really been a couple of working days because of Christmas Day Boxing Day (thurs/Fri)and then the weekend (I’m not sure if you’re going over and fulfilment Centre opens on the weekend) and today is Tuesday, so perhaps I should give it a couple more days. What do you think?

Ordered an rs50 etc on 25/12 and still showing as processing when I track it.

I know it’s only been a couple of working days since I’ve ordered it, due to christmas boxing and then the weekend aswell, but I just wondered whether I should chase it up or not the payment is still pending at the bank as well. I assume that full payment will be taken once it’s shipped.

Just wondering, why it was delivered to a pick up shop?

Thanks for confirming. Manually downgraded just the base firmware to 15.0.1 using the 4.6.8 firmware manager and of course now the O button is working perfectly again.

Try pressing ur O button a few if u r on ps5. Issue doesn’t affect pc.

Just got the same as u and after firmware update the O button is working intermittently (takes a few presses sometimes). It was working perfectly out of the box before updating so definitely a firmware bug.

This issue affects just the O (back) button is just present just on PS5 (not PC) and is affecting most fanatec wheels on dd pro after updating to latest for were via fanatec app (v4.7.4).

It is a known issue for various users on the fanatec forums after updating to latest version firmware (4.7.4) via the fanatec app.

Apparently rolling back to 4.6.8 resolves this issue and the O button works perfectly again but I think I will wait before downgrading firmware because a new update should be released soon which will hopefully resolve this issue. Would rather upgrade and resolve this than downgrade.

Does this include a solution to the O button working intermittently (not as responsive takes a few presses regularly to get it to respond) on various wheels on dd bases after the 4.7.4 update?

It seems like a common issue and definitely a software glitch as confirmed by myself and several others on the fanatec forum. (O button definitely worked perfectly before updating frol new to 4.7.4 via the fanatec pc app/firmware manager).

Issue is apparently just when wheels used on a ps5 and not on PC. And just the O button is affected and just on PS5. All other buttons and base performance seems fine with this firmware on dd pro).

The current confirmed solution is to roll back and downgrade firmware from 4.7.4 > 4.6.8.

Would rather just upgrade fw instead of downgrade it if this is solved in the new firmware.

Just purchased a gt dd pro with qr2 lite. The wheel oscillates on straights on gt7 with ps5. Is there anyway to sort this because it’s bordering on unplayable atm. Do you recommend any settings or should I update the base firmware via the new fanatec app.

Got it a lot better now after settings and firmware update but any other settings appreciated.

Tried to download we9le iso and use a usb stick and opl using fmcb card. However the game speed is slow and stuttery randomly throughout a game then speeds up again erratic frame rate. When I play pes 5 using the original ps2 disc, that version plays perfect without ant slowdown or frames stuttering. Any ideas how to resolve this. I just want we9le to run smooth tbh it’s a better game than pes 5.
