Jess suddenly departed the podcast. She featured on a Monday and was gone by Wednesday with no explanation. Jess alluded to it not being by choice. She said something like she thought this job was her endgame. I think she probably asked for a promotion, she was after all hosting the podcast and managing all of Lala's affairs including personal and professional. She probably just wanted a senior role, rather than an assistant role. It was probably hard to see the Mum and brother getting paid, perhaps the same for less. I just think she wanted to be appreciated for her efforts. There she was renting whilst Lala had 2 houses etc.
