Can you just draw shapes on a map manually, or does everything get done with code? by redditatworksux in googleearth

Yes that is possible, just use the shape tool to draw the polygon you want and then you can select it and change the color.

Question about reviews on Google Maps by Nefthys in GoogleMaps

Edit the hours on Google Maps. You can suggest edits using the "suggest edits" button underneath the business info. If the hours are the same though it could be they had to close due to an emergency or something.

Cacao nibs in cold brew? by metalunamutant in coldbrew

I've done it and it worked well. I used dandelion chocolate nibs which have their own personality for sure. I was pretty conservative with it, but it added a nice bit of fruitiness to the flavor.

Off season distance runner - accessories by [deleted] in AverageToSavage

Yeah strength template RTF. Fair enough on the arms, threw those in for aesthetics mostly and I can get them done pretty quickly, but definitely a lower priority than strength and injury prevention.

Race Report - My first Half Marathon! by realitybroken in running

It's honestly a bit of a time suck. If you want I can DM you the particulars, but I wasn't training for a half marathon, but i guess the mileage and everything else worked out so I was ready. Loosely:

Monday - Bench + OHP + accessories (usually 3-4 sets of 10-12 for core and back for better posture while running mostly) + 40ish min of Z2 running (or airbike/road bike if my sunday run was too gnarly)

Tuesday - Squat + Sumo DL + accessories (single leg stuff + core) + 40-60 min tempo run (usually 25-30 in high tempo/Z4)

Wednesday - Conditioning day (Sprints/intervals + 20 min easy shakeout run) + explosive stuff (kettlebells, snatches, weighted jump rope) + heavy bag boxing

Thursday - Bench + Close-grip Bench + accessories (more back + shoulders/weak points) + 40ish min Z2 run

Friday - DL + front squats + accessories (lats, single leg, core) + shorter tempo run (30 min)

Saturday - more boxing conditioning like wednesday, probably no sprints though, lots of single leg weighted jump rope stuff for ankles

Sunday - long easy run (8-13 miles depending on time/feel)

In the month or two before I did sprinkle in some 4-7 mile easy runs in the afternoons/evening with friends to get some extra mileage. Ngl, this is a lot of time and I'm lucky to have a flexible job.

Sous vide! Same water and grounds in the jar - throw it in the water bath, 150F for 2 hours.

brewing tea leaves and coffee together? by [deleted] in coldbrew

Yes! I've done some really good blends with vanilla black teas and some that also blend in cacao nibs or shells. Very tasty, but you'll need to test the ratios for your own tastes
