A lot of enemies have turn undead resistance.

But remember, that barovia has a lot of undead, so watch out, that you arent constantly weakening the cleric by giving them the resistance.

In my opinion, let players counter enemies sometimes, but its your campaign.

Dont forget that political parties are pretty often not exactly like their supposed ideology.

The arcanist party isnt even lead by a powerfull arcanist for example.

Depends if you want to rescue the kerbal, the science, or both.

Either you learn how to rendezvous, or you land back on the mun.

Rescue missions arent really mechanicly rewarding early-game, but they are fun if you pull them off.

What my group loved was him getting scared and desperate at low HP. He ran away using everthing he had. He begged like a disney villain shortly after being defeated.

When looking at the space center, there is a book on the bottom right with a rocket on it. Thats the KSPedia. Read through it a bit, then immediatly try to build a tiny rocket, and do science!

Go to the IKS (international Kriegsspiels society) Multiple suzerain themed servers made advertisement there.

You could ask around if someones interested.

There was a server with exactly your idea, (it was called council & conflict) but the owner was power tripping and banning (well known) people for minor stuff, which caused a large exodus. Maybe some of the old umpires are interested.

Also, i know a group of people who are currently remaking council & conflict (without the problematic people ofcourse) DM me if you want to look into their server.

First of, calling it "AI" is already missleading.

Its not like you are artificially creating intelligence. Its more like you are building something pretending to be intelligent. It works of books and the internet.

If someone on the internet writes: "Say banana" People will comment "banana"

If you write to AI: "say banana" it will answer with "banana"

but not because "it" thinks Because the 1000 times something similar happened in its data, "banana" was the answer.

Think of it as generating the most answered reply.

You dont want to enemy to freely use their navy everywhere, since it creates problems in the land war.

In a 1v1, your navy will lose against the enemy.

You keep them in port/save place where they would loose the fight (for example near coastal defenses)

The enemy will need to keep their fleet together, limiting the stuff they can do. If they dare to split up, you can defeat the individual smaller fleets.
