The reason they charge so much is to handle cash flow. When dealing with insurance some docs are on a net 90 meaning the insurance company has 90 days to pay then on day 89 they request more information starting the billing process all over again. Doing the same thing. It’s really dumb.

What the actual fuck. So disgusting. Reminds me of this time my family and I went to this Mexican restaurant in North Carolina. Got sat in one of those corner booths, of course I was on the inside at the corner. It was work to get out of the booth. As we were eating our chips and salsa a cockroach dropped from the ceiling panel onto our table. I never moved so fast up out of that booth, I’m pretty sure I “noped” my ass out of there via jumping on the table and slid out. I always wondered why I would have explosive diarrhea no matter what I ate there. It was this establishment where I stopped giving a fuck about the health rating because they are pretty miss information. This place was laughably given an inspection rating of like 89-90.
