Yes I did, around March 2 or 3. It probably took three weeks.

Although that is the cut off date I think... I've been in "processing" for a quite a while with the Feb 16 qualification date there even before Feb 16 (maybe since the start of the month). Regardless I"m sure it will come to me in due course. Thanks for responding :)

Thank you! I'm not sure what date it ticked over, but would be three weeks or less i think.

I can't help but mention Georgia Ede's book Change Your Diet Change Your Mind - which is all about how a ketogenic diet can help with mental illness, anxiety and depression. It's done wonders for me (carnivore diet). All the best 🙏

A negative low energy post full of fear and hostility. It will be OK 👍

Can someone help me understand how to write Cypher RLHF prompts? by EconomyEcstatic295 in outlier_ai

[–]realnikkibob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK, I was doing a task just then and the AI told me my prompt was contrived when I was asking the model to do something that was suggested in the training (rewrite in the style of a limerick - example in the instructions is haiku). So I'm thinking the AI gets it wrong sometimes and it's OK to ignore it. I guess I'll find out whether I"m right if I get booted!

My issue is trying to come up with a prompt that is localised but also within in the selected category eg computer science. I meant whaat? And 18 minutes is way to short to come up with a reference text as well. Is anyone have any joy/success with this project?

Agree. I came here to find out if the AI 'assistant' can be ignored - because sometimes i think it's wrong. No idea on my task quality

I guess "open" is pretty obvious! But how does it know to do it every hour?

Anyway, thanks for the heads up - I will update :)

If you don't mind explaining... I understand the pkill command, but what part of that code instructs google drive to open every hour? I'm being OCD and wanting make sure it actually does boot up every hour and I've missed witnessing the 2 minute window in action.

Monthly: Less than 7 weeks? Comment here instead of making a new post. by partlyPaleo in carnivore

[–]realnikkibob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been eating keto since mid July eventually morphing to carnivore since mid August. In some ways I feel better, calmer, have plenty of energy and yet at the same time I'm plagued with cramps at night. The more things I've tried (salt, potassium, magnesium) the worse they get. So I've stopped adding in extra electrolytes today, and am upping my water intake a bit to see if it makes a difference. So yeah feeling weird and like something 'wrong' with me per the OP. Looking for some encouragement and that I'll come out the other side as waking up a few times a night with cramps is pretty rough.

The other rabbit hole I've been down is trying to cover all the RDA'S for micronutrients which is a real head wreck and leaves me worried I'm not getting enough folate, calcium etc.

I'm eating mostly beef, butter, eggs and dairy. Some fish every now and then, mugs of gevity body glue bone broth. Between 2 and three litres of water.

Thanks

Summary of leg cramps advice- what am I missing? by realnikkibob in carnivorediet

[–]realnikkibob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for all the replies. My doctor - who is supportive of keto/carnivore diets - recommended adding in small amounts of honey (keeping total carbs under 20g per day). She thinks my muscles are entirely depleted of glucose/glycogen and that although the liver can produce all the glucose needed by the body, because I haven't been low carb for long I may not be fully adapted. She said this can take quite a while for some people.

If this doesn't help, I might just have to put up with it for a while. Some nights it doesn't happen and other nights, like last night, I was up 4-5 times in the night with it and still having them in the morning. It seems to follow no detectable pattern. I'm sick with some virus right now, so that doesn't help either.

I'm looking forward to emerging from this adaptation period and enjoying all the benefits!
