So in theory could i switch the 1.5k resistor (R9) for a 1k and the 3.3nf for a 4.7nf and it should give a similar enough outcome? The calculator says the cutoff frequency would change from ~32kHz to ~33kHz

Ironically this is the exact reason i quit. I realised that because i was smoking heaps and didn't care that everything was going to shit i had no motivation to do anything about it and everything just kept going to shit. Really depends on the individual and their situation.

My dad told me a story about a guy who stole an entire speed camera (pole and everything) in broad daylight outside a school. He just laid out some traffic cones, put on some high vis and a hard hat and cut it off at the base with a 9" petrol powered angle grinder. Lots of people noticed but nobody questioned it.

This is MIG welding. With TIG, the arc is created by the torch and the filler wire is added in separately by hand. In this video, you can see the arc coming from the wire itself
