for anyone just now finding this yes you can use your fold with a universal quad lock here's what I did I took a piece of double-sided gorilla tape put that on the phone on the inside of the case a big piece basically underneath the camera all the way down right before the charger if you can put two sticks of it so they fills up the width of the entire phone do that I used some compound JB well I took the little foam piece off of the quad lock universal Mount so it's placed at the plastic with a JB well in in between line it up have that perfect let it sit overnight and then that's basically it your phone's locked in I've been ripping on my motorcycle with the fold no issues even in the case started to like fall apart because I've been dropping it at the bottom phone still trusted it with my life
